Three advisors. One office partnership.
ME Finance is not a growing sales organisation and not a franchise. We are three advisors in an office partnership in Rodgau, and we will never be a team of fifty. If you are looking for a career promise with five levels of promotion — you will not find that here.
What you will find: an honest office culture, access to a strong pool, collegial exchange without internal competition and the freedom to look after your own clients without quota pressure. If that sounds right — write to us.

Four principles.

Office partnership, not branch sales
With us there is no Monday-morning push, no target board, no pressure culture. Everyone works independently in their own area — we share offices, pool access and know-how.

Commission without minimum turnover
Anyone working with us in the office partnership receives their commission directly. No tiers that only kick in above 100k. No deductions for administration or marketing you never asked for.

Client relationships belong to the advisor
You continue to look after your clients if you ever move on. There is no client clause here and no fight over records. What you have built stays yours.

No quotas, no scripts
We measure success by referral rate and client satisfaction, not by deals closed per month. Three satisfied long-term clients mean more to us than ten quick contracts.

Speculative application
Self-employed, with or without a licence under Section 34i of the German Trade Regulation (GewO)
Mortgage advisor in office partnership (m/f/d)
If you already work as an independent broker and are looking for a place with a good office culture, shared pool access and collegial exchange — get in touch. We are not a hierarchy, but an office partnership.
Ongoing
Tax advisors, estate agents, property developers, architects
Referral partner (m/f/d)
You have clients who need financing — we do the craft. Fair, transparent remuneration after a successful referral. No pressure, no quotas, no mandatory meetings.
As needed
Part-time or full-time, Rodgau / hybrid
Back office & application management (m/f/d)
A well-organised person with a banking or insurance background. You know credit documentation, work precisely and are comfortable with bank portals. Permanent contract, fair pay — no sales.
