The contact form on this website is processed via the service provider Web3Forms (Web3Forms, Sotto LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). The data entered in the form is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded from there to us by e-mail. No permanent storage takes place at Web3Forms.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Enquiries by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The data remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the legal relationship (inventory data). This takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The collected customer data is deleted after completion of the order or termination of the business relationship. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

Web analytics with Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of how the website is used. We use Google Analytics to record the use of our website statistically and to optimise our services.

It is used exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG). The analytics script is only loaded after you have actively consented in the consent banner. No data is transmitted to Google before your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the consent banner via our cookie settings and choosing “Essential only”.

Google Analytics 4 truncates IP addresses within the EU/EEA before further processing; the full IP address is not stored by default. A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. This is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified, and additionally on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Google.

The information generated by the statistics cookies (including truncated IP address, pages visited, approximate region, device type) is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server. Cookie storage duration: up to 24 months. Further information on how Google handles user data can be found in Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Third-party content on the website

Our website may integrate content from other providers (e.g. fonts, technical libraries). For technical reasons, such content is loaded by the browser from other servers. In this context, the IP address currently used by your browser and the browser of the requesting system are transmitted. Please note the respective privacy policies of the third-party providers.

Google Fonts (locally hosted)

This website uses the typefaces "Inter" and "Libre Caslon Text" — both are delivered locally via the Next.js font system. No connection to Google servers is established.
